Our Committee
Tulse Hill couldn't run without our volunteers, and we're incredibly proud of everyone on our committee who keep us going on and off the pitch!
Amelia Torode
Club Chair
Amelia has been a Club member since 2018 and the Chair since 2023. She is Tulse Hill through and through, with her two children playing for the Club and her husband an FA qualified coach. Outside of football, Amelia works for global advertising and marketing company WPP, leading European strategy for The Coca-Cola Company. She has previously held Board Trustee roles with UK charity, The Children’s Society and volunteer roles at WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications London), Outvertising and Big Brother, Big Sister.
Paddy Hanrahan
Club Secretary
Sarah Wallace
Welfare Officer
Sarah joined our Committee in Autumn 2024. She has a son training with the Club U12s, and a daughter in the U9s match squad (following two years as part of Tulse Hill Wildcats). In her day job, Sarah is an HR Director for a strategy consultancy - but in the past she has also worked in HR with a schools charity, experience which provides a good grounding for some of the different ways we need to support children in the Club.
Phil Race
Finance Officer
Phil joined the Tulse Hill Juniors Football Club Committee as finance officer in 2024. He has a son playing in the U7s and previously had a daughter playing at the club, having hung up his own boots once the kids got too fast for him. In his day job Phil works for Goldman Sachs within the finance department responsible for regulatory capital compliance.
Sharon Peacock
Treasurer
Vanessa Gibbin
Head of Girls Football
Vanessa has been with the club since 2020, managing the U11 Girls Royals team and most recently representing girls' football on the committee. She is motivated by watching the girls discover the power of sport to build resilience, teamwork and to believe in themselves - but most importantly to have fun. Outside of football, Vanessa works with businesses, charities and government to create social and environmental change.
